Shipping Location
We provide shipping to the whole of Malaysia (East and West).
Shipping Charges
A delivery fee per order is charged as follows for all purchases made through the Gibson Glenn webpage:
- West Malaysia RM8.00
- East Malaysia RM10.00
Shipping Method
- 1. We only use local third-party logistics service providers appointed by us to ship all Orders.
- Self-collect is not allowed.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed and delivered between Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
- Orders placed after 2.00pm will be processed on the following business day.
- Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia, 5 – 8 business days for delivery to East Malaysia.
- Delivery schedule may vary according to the schedule of logistics service providers.
Shipment Tracking
- 1. Customer may sign into their account at the Gibson Glenn webpage to view the Order status and purchase history, or reach out to us for status updates via email at customerservice@gibsonglenn.com.my or WhatsApp to us at +6010 210 9219 (business hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm).
- Alternatively, the Customer can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party logistics service provider’s online tracking portal with the provided airway bill tracking number.
- Kindly check the shipment status via the online tracker once you have received the tracking information.
Changes in Delivery Details
For security and fraud prevention purposes, we do not allow change of address once an order is confirmed and payment is made. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order. We are unable to cancel your order once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- Only one delivery address per single order.
- No shipment is available on Public Holidays.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
- Upon delivery, a signature/photo may be requested by courier service personnel as proof of delivery.
- Depending on the courier company, in the event that no receiver is available during delivery, the logistic service provider will make a second attempt for delivery. If both deliveries fail (1st and 2nd attempts), and once the parcel has been returned to us, the order will be cancelled automatically, and the paid amount will be forfeited.
- We do not provide urgent delivery. Please refer to our shipping schedule.
- Delivery lead times will depend on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
- We do not ship to addresses outside of Malaysia.
