Returns & Refunds Policy
- We regret to inform that all Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. However, Return / Exchange of Product(s) or Refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
- received an incorrect item(s),
- stocks delivered has expired;
- any factory defected item(s)
- Should there be any discrepancy of Product(s) delivered and the customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us via email at customerservice@gibsonglenn.com.my within 3 working days upon receiving the Product(s).
- The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.
- To return a Product(s), please mail them to: DMS BioPharm Sdn. Bhd. 06-09 Suria@North Kiara, Jalan Seri Bintang, Segambut, 52100 Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Strictly no walk-in for return/refund of Product(s).
- Product(s) for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it was first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of purchase / delivery order.
- The Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the Product(s).
- Once the returned Product(s) is received and inspected, an email will be sent to acknowledge the receipt of the Product(s), and to notify the approval or rejection of the refund request within 7 working days.
- For approved refund requests, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 working days.
- For any returned item that does not fit within our return/refund policy, we shall reject the refund request, and the item will be sent back to the customer. In such circumstances, the shipping cost incurred for the Product(s) shall be borne by the customer.
- The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product(s) to be returned until it reaches us at Gibson Glenn Distribution Centre. Gibson Glenn will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product(s) prior to the Product(s) being received by us.
- The Customer is advised to pack the Product(s) securely to prevent any loss or damage to the Product(s) or its box or its original packaging.
- All returns and refunds are assessed on a case-by case basis.
